一、結(jié)構(gòu)原理及性能特點
Structure principle and performance characteristics
      ZJC-20KV主要由：升壓系統(tǒng)(高壓變壓器)、測量系統(tǒng)、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器、放電系統(tǒng)、電極、油箱、電極定位架、計算機數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、軟件等組成；高壓變壓器主要產(chǎn)生試樣所需的直流電壓，調(diào)壓器用于調(diào)節(jié)升壓變壓器輸入端電壓以產(chǎn)生高壓所需的輸入電壓，電壓測量主要是從高壓變壓器測量端測量，高壓變壓器測量端和高壓端是線性的；試驗軟件是我公司研發(fā)的功能強大、操作簡單、顯示直觀的試驗軟件系統(tǒng)。采用計算機控制，過人機對話方式，完成對、絕緣介質(zhì)的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗。

四、應用范圍

       主要適用于固體絕緣材料如電線套管、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷簳r間的測試；該儀器采用計算機控制，可對試驗過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)進行快速、準確的采集、處理，并可存取、顯示、打印。

六、安全說明：
Six, safety instructions:
    1、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

    2、直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成傷害)。
